Functional Wellness Panel
This comprehensive lab panel includes basic CBC and CMP, plus a full thyroid panel, fasting insulin, A1C, magnesium, B12, Vitamin D, homocysteine, c reactive protein, full iron panel, and lipid panel. Each result is filtered through a functional medicine “optimal” range, so that you can learn target areas to support, even if your results fall within the standard reference range. Once you order the panel, you will make an appointment at your local Lab Corp for a FASTED blood draw. Do not consume anything other than water for at least 12 hours before the blood draw. If you're taking supplements with B vitamins, discontinue for 3 days leading up to the test. Erin will reach out to you when full results are ready, and you can then schedule an appointment to review your results and individualize a plan of action from there. About Your Practitioner
Erin Kerry is an integrative health coach with an emphasis on applied functional medicine. As a survivor of mental illness, Erin knows firsthand how suffering from a chronic illness can infiltrate every area of life. She has spent the last decade coaching others and learning for herself what “holistic health” truly means – and that comes in the form of nutrition for mind, body, and soul. Erin wants people to be empowered to be their own health advocate and not be limited by a label or diagnosis. Her specialization is in mental health conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and bipolar disorder. She has also received extensive training in supporting autoimmune health, metabolic syndrome, detoxification, gut health, and all types of chronic disease conditions. She received integrative nutrition training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and applied functional medicine training from The School of Applied Functional Medicine.
